New Opportunities

Another blessing brought to us this year, was a new job opportunity.  I was graciously offered a position with Joni and Friends International Disability ministry as the Project Coordinator of Dallas/Ft. Worth.

If you are not familiar with this ministry, here's a little information...

Joni Eareckson Tada (with me above), the founder of JAF Ministries, had a diving accident when she was 17 that left her a quadriplegic with little mobility in her upper shoulders.  She has an amazing story that was told to me and inspired me as a child.  In 1998, my mother and I went to volunteer at their family camp and have been back each summer to serve the families we have grown to love.  I consider it pure joy to now be working for the ministry here in Dallas.  I would love for you to learn more about Joni and Friends and would be happy to sit down with you over good food and drinks and tell you all about it.
